About Us

Tatiana Francis, Founder & Owner

Tatiana Francis is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Professional Counselor who has dedicated her time to improving the lives of others. Her education includes a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, and a second master’s degree in special education.

Tatiana’s experience involves working with individuals who are neurodivergent from early childhood (>2) to late adulthood (70+). She has also spent time delivering therapy to adults, adolescents and children that focuses on personal growth, processing anxiety, depression, and trauma, and working through family and relationship struggles.

Tatiana has a knack for assessing and helping others identify areas in which they can achieve more and helping them to create a plan to reach their goals. The helping field has been more of a calling on her life than a choice, and she finds every second with every client rewarding. While continuing to work directly with clients Tatiana is also working to spread correct and appropriate information on mental health, autism, as well as cultural diversity and inclusion. This is currently being done by teaching as an adjunct professor at the master’s level, offering supervision to future BCaBA’s and BCBA’s, and offering mentorship to new BCaBA’s and BCBA’s.

Her two sons and wife are her biggest supporters and strongest motivation. It is with the best intentions that Tatiana moves to progress the mental health field.
